Medieval Equestrian Gaming is a modern day modification of the practice methods used by mounted warriors in the Middle Ages.  The games include Lancing the Rings, Behead the Enemy, Quintain, Double Quintain, Reed Chop,   Tent Pegging and Pig Sticking, Javelin Throw, Spear Throw,  and Jousting with Foam Tips and Palfrey Competion  (a non- martial event).

The BAR W method of training of  Balanced Athletic Responsive Willing prepares a horse and rider for  this intense and unusual equine activity.
